For adults and children over 12 years old. Take 1 teaspoon in a glass of water or juice (250 ml or 8 ounces), 1 to 3 times a day. Shake vigorously and drink immediately. Drink enough fluid. Effects observed within 12 to 24 hours after the first dose and, sometimes, after 2 to 3 days.
