Description:

This collection of Liszt songs is presented by the duo of a Hungarian coloratura soprano who studied in the bel canto tradition and a pianist from Milan. Monica Lukács, who went from her native Hungary to the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan, Italy, where she studied voice with Vittorio Terranova, has steadily built her career, performing with the Orchestra of the Florence May Festival and appearing at the Miszkolcs State Opera in her native city! She has performed with the Florence May Festival Orchestra and has appeared at the Mischolz State Opera in her home town.
