Warranty Coverage:

• Original Purchaser Only:

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and becomes void upon resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another individual.

• Warranty Periods:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty

• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: One-Year Limited Warranty (rubber tips, plastic, or metal hardware)

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover the following:

• User negligence or product misuse

• Failure to follow product instructions

• Normal wear and tear

• Items subjected to abuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

1. Contact the Dealer: Reach out to the dealer where the product was purchased.

2. Contact NOVA Directly: If you do not receive satisfactory service, call NOVA at the contact number listed on the product sheet.

What You’ll Need:

• Product serial number

• Purchase receipt

• Dealer name and purchase location

• Description of the issue

Important: Do not return products without prior authorization from NOVA.

Warranty Limitations:

• Repair or replacement is the only remedy under this limited warranty.

• This warranty does not cover any labor or shipping costs associated with part replacement or product repairs.
