Cylinder Works big bore cylinder barrels look virtually identical to the OEM and are Nickel Silicon Carbide plated for long life and are super convenient - just purchase and install, no machining required*. *Honda CRF250R and CRF250X models require slight case modification. Cylinder Works has also produced a range of standard cylinder barrels. Currently cylinder bores require re-plating after the cylinder becomes worn or damaged. The process of plating can be an inconvenience due to ‘down time' for this process to be completed. Cylinder Works eliminates these hassles by providing a ready-to-install cylinder barrel.
