Over time, plastic underhood items become brittle. We've heard of people breaking their fuel lines when they are trying to remove them for service, or by simply bumping the fuel line while working underhood. New OEM style lines are not available so we are limited to more used OEM plastic fuel lines that are 30 years old.

So we started working on making a replacement fuel line that would replace the OEM hard plastic lines. We wanted a line that was far stronger than the OEM line, but also used the OEM style fittings on the fuel rail and main fuel line from the tank. We went through several prototypes to make sure we had the perfect length.

These are assembled in the USA and each line is tested with over 100 psi before being packaged.

This line is made from PTFE, which is a very strong but durable plastic hose and it is shrouded with a braided protective nylon and stainless sheathing for superior strength and heat resistance. Its finished with precision made Aluminum swiveling plug and play connectors. PTFE lines can tolerate E85 and methanol just fine.

Please note that the white plastic quick connect clips are not included. If you are missing yours or need a replacement, you can try the Dorman part number 800-016, these are commonly found at local auto parts stores.
