This disc of Tchaikovsky and Schoenberg string sextets, each with its own title, is a live recording by a group of young Czech musicians in their late 20s and 30s. The young musical friends perform with great enthusiasm, with Mraček, the young concertmaster of the Czech Philharmonic, and Nouzovsky on cello, who is internationally active as a soloist and has made many recordings for Sprafon, MDG, and Arcodiva.
