The blue flames push out 30,000 BTUs of heat.  This ventless heater comes with a manual control with multiple heat settings that sit on top of the unit, allowing you to select the desired warmth amount.

The factory test fires each heater to ensure that your heater and oxygen depletion sensor are in compliance with federal safety regulations.  The oxygen depletion sensor turns the pilot off before oxygen drops below a safe level.
