Bob Dylan is one of the most important artists in the rock world. Just after his Japan tour and on his 75th birthday (May 24), he suddenly released his 37th new studio album, the first since "Shadow in the Night" released in January 2015. The album covers traditional American standard numbers sung by Frank Sinatra and others, and was produced by Jack Frost (= Bob Dylan). The album is produced by Jack Frost (=Bob Dylan). 4 songs from the new album are included in the Japan Commemorative EP "Melancholy Mood," which will be released on March 23 in Japan to coincide with Dylan's concert in Japan in April 2016.
