Comes with a catch cup and a lid plus 6 sifters in sizes that stack and nest inside each other:

1.5mm, 1.75mm, 2.00mm, 2.50mm, 2.75mm, 3.0mm

Place your shot balls into the top stacked sifter cups.
Place the catch cup on the bottom and the lid on the top.
Shake vigorously.
Tap also on a table.
Open and remove granules/shot and repeat until all granules/shot have been sorted.
Running your fingernail on the backside of the sifter plate, will dislodge those that are stuck in the holes.

Because granules are round and holes are cylindrical, there are going to be some that get stuck in the holes.  The clearance is down to .01 and .02mm.  You’ll find even those that are manufactured are often slightly larger or smaller than their sifters allow.
