Quickly and accurately measures the retroreflectivity of pavement markings using a scanning laser source. The Laserlux® G7 provides continuous pavement marking assessment and evaluation within the flow of traffic. It is the only commercially available instrument that does not require a dedicated vehicle or vehicle modifications to operate. It operates day or night and can be operated in a tandem configuration with instruments on both sides of the vehicle for full lane measurements.

The Laserlux G7 is the only vehicle-mounted mobile retroreflectometer that measures nighttime color pavement markings. Key lane markings must stay highly visible in all weather conditions and active construction zones. Agencies and contractors can accurately measure and assess the nighttime performance of pavement markings, including the perceived color of orange markings. This ensures compliance with the latest and future MUTCD requirements, even in challenging environments.
