This is the last solo album he left behind for Beggars Banquet, released in 1995. The band that had been with him for many years was disbanded, and the recording lineup was renewed. Paul Statham, a close friend of his, wrote the music, and Pascal Gabriel, who was active in The Raisers, produced this fifth solo album. This is his fifth solo album, produced by Pascal Gabriel, who worked with The Razors, and has a calm and serene style, but it is also a post-Bowie album that has been refined in its richness of expression. This reissue includes four bonus tracks, "Mercy Rain (production rough mix)", "Gliding Like A Whale (backing track)", "Sail on White (backing track)", and "Wish ( (backing track)" as bonus tracks.
