The Haute Route 30 S has a specially designed shortened back system for smaller people. It distributes weight evenly and ergonomically, and the hip fins wrap seamlessly around the body.

The contents are easily accessible from the top and back, with a separate safety compartment for rapid access to emergency equipment. This pack also provides a rope attachment on the lid, a fixed helmet net, and fastners for crampons, ice ax, hiking pole, snowbard, and skis.
