The Damascus series is made from 32 layers of Damascus steel with a VG-10 core, a high carbon steel for durability and ease of sharpening. Each knife is bevelled with a 15-degree angle, creating an extremely sharp edge. Each knife is finished off with a perfectly fitting Pakkawood handle which closely resembles wood but is more hard-wearing.

The 14cm utility/chef's knife has a triangular-shaped blade with little to no flexibility, making it ideal for de-boning fish and poultry.
