Combat Medical BAK-PAK™ Ultra Spineboard

The BAK-PAK Ultra Spineboard provides effective immobilization of both adult and pediatric patients through strategically placed slots. Weighing in at only 10 lbs, the board is just 0.75“ thick and load tested to 1400 lbs. The BAK-PAK Ultra’s lightweight, polyethylene construction is manufactured without conductive, metallic and magnetic materials lending itself to a high degree of x-ray translucency and MRI compatibility. It’s easy to clean material is highly resistant to blood, oils, acids and other chemical contaminants.

The BAK-PAK Ultra Spineboard provides first responder features without sacrificing patient comfort. It performs in rough terrain and water and is impact resistant in hot or cold temperatures.
