Designs by two iconic designers meet on these very special lumbar pillow covers. In 1947 Josef Frank designed Citrus Garden, a hand drawn motif, for Schumacher, which reissued the archival print for their 125^th anniversary. One side of our lumbar cover features the garden of citrus trees reimagined in the primary colorway of bright yellows, reds, greens, and blues, and is printed on 100% linen. The other side of the pillow cover has Barbara Barry’s Merida design from her partnership with Kravet Couture. Merida, in a washed teal colorway printed on a 80% cotton/20% linen blend, is a design you can easily get lost in, with its pale, almost-neutral, colors, quiet movement, and amorphous shapes. This is a very limited edition: only three pillow covers are available, and design placement will vary.
