S. tour, which culminated at the disastrous and infamous Altamont free concert. This is from the collection of bassist Bill Wyman and includes Julien's Auction tag. British quad posters were made in very small numbers and in almost 50 years this is the first we've seen for "Gimme Shelter." Poster is mounted on thin cardboard.

The film chronicled the last few weeks of the Rolling Stones 1969 U.S. tour, which culminated at the disastrous and infamous Altamont free concert. This is from the collection of bassist Bill Wyman and includes Julien's Auction tag. British quad posters were made in very small numbers and in almost 50 years this is the first we've seen for "Gimme Shelter." Poster is mounted on thin cardboard. Tape stains along the edges and creases which have been flattened by it being mounted. In overall nice shape.
