Named after the ship which transported winery founder John Campbell to Australia in 1857, this is a massively concentrated, complex solera-aged blend. The mahogany hue and olive rim signpost the oldest component (60 to 70 years old), whose deep-seated spiciness combines with younger components to keep the sucrosity (400g/l) in balance – only just! Dense and velvety, it displays tremendous depth and layers of fig pudding, Medjool dates, tamarind, mellow baking spices, saffron and espresso.
