The beloved Zero G lineup got a major overhaul during the offseason and with it comes a few changes to their versatile mid 90's underfoot offering.The women's specific construction is designed for female skiers in mind - creating a smoother ride in variable snow due to the softer flex. A shorter turning radius and more sidecut create a more approachable platform without sacrificing the characteristics the Zero G is known for. Carbon drive construction is gone, replaced by a new Trueblend wood core with ash wood inserts underfoot. This allows the ski to retain its light and powerful mantra while providing improvements to the "twitchy" and chattery nature of years past. This year's model also comes with a tip skin groove for faster transitions.  

The Zero G 96 is an excellent choice for a do-it-all ski here in the Northeast. It works as either a quiver of one or as your daily driver slot in a larger quiver. Pairs well with the ATK Haute Route 10 Plus or RT 11 Evo.
