These are in person workshops. You may sign up for as many sessions as you want. Beginners should start with Session 1.

COST

Class only: $80 per session

Sewing machine rental: $10 per session (available at checkout)

LEVEL

All levels, including beginners. Beginners should start with Session 1. Experienced sewers can take any!

MATERIALS (not included)

• Bring your own machine or rent one from us! If you bring your own, please also bring the manual
• Materials will be supplied for the first class on Oct 12.
• All other classes: 1/2 yard each of two coordinating fabric in quilting or canvas cotton, plus matching thread. Fabrics should be washed before coming to class! The zipper pouch class will also require a 12-14" zipper.

DETAILS

This four-week series is perfect for new sewists who want to build their sewing skills while making fun and functional projects. Absolute beginners are encouraged to begin with the first session, which covers basic machine operation and sewing tools, but sewists of all levels are welcome to join any session. Each week we will introduce new sewing terms and techniques that you will get to apply to weekly in-class projects.

Ages: 18+. Kids 10+ may attend with an enrolled adult.
