Overview
The Ajax LightCore (LightSwitch) 2‑way is an in‑wall wireless relay module that converts a standard European (55) light switch into a contactless smart switch when paired with Ajax LightSwitch touch buttons and an Ajax hub. This SKU corresponds to the LightCore relay; button faces and frames are sold separately.

• Contactless touch activation (detects hand within ≈15 mm).
• No neutral required — installs using live only; fits standard European 55 backbox depth.
• Controls lighting from 5 W to 600 W (300 W per segment for 2‑gang). Includes capacitor for very low power lamps.
• Jeweller encrypted two‑way radio with up to ≈1,100 m open‑space range; compatible with Hub Plus, Hub 2, Hub Hybrid and ReX extenders.
• Built‑in current and temperature protection — device cuts output and sends notification on fault.
