FAQs

Does this item come with the control?

No. The Pro series generators do have some pre-plumbed features, like a relief valve, drain pan, and auto-power flush, but the control package is sold separately so that you can choose the style, design, and color/finish that you like

Does the unit include all of the cables, connectors shown, and the brass steam head housing and manuals?

This is the Thermasol Pro Series generator. It comes with the PowerFlush, and relief valve pre-plumbed to the integrated drain pan. I believe that it does include the cable to connect to the control.

The control package is sold separately and would include the control that mounts in the shower and the steam head.

Is the warranty honored if purchased from Find Your Bath?

Yes. ThermaSol acknowledges Find Your Bath as an authorized reseller and all warranties are honored.

Besides this unit, what else will need to be purchased to use this steam shower?

for the steam generator to be fully functional, you'll need 2 additional components: 1) a steam shower controller and 2) a SteamVector® Steam Head.

Does it come with the thermostat controls?

The thermostatic controls would be sold separately. The options would be the MTC-NTS, MTM-NTS, MTMR-NTS, or the MTT-NTS.

Do I need to use a water filtration system with my ThermaSol steam generator?

It is not necessary to use but is highly recommended. Your local water conditions may dictate the use of such a system. If you have the right filtration system for your local water it may prolong the lifespan of the generator.

When the NoTouch steamhead is closed, is pressure built up within the steam generator?

No. Although the NoTouch steamhead looks completely closed, it is not. For safety, the NoTouch steamhead is designed to "look" completely closed. It is actually open to the atmosphere.

At what temperature I should set my steam room?

The proper temperature for a steam bath is between 110 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Steam rooms should also maintain the humidity level at about 100 percent.

But remember that you can adjust our system to whatever your personal preference desires. This is the biggest benefit of having your personal spa at the privacy of your own home.
