The system, which is also known as the u'Select ring, is located at the base of the mill and can be used to easily select the pepper grind setting. Produced in beech sourced from PEFC™-certified forests, this 30 cm Paris mill owes its full personality to its new limited edition finish. Its large size means that it is primarily intended for use in the kitchen. This mill is equipped with the u'Select grind adjustment system, which offers six predefined grind settings that will lose none of their precision during use. You can choose between a fine salt grind or a crunchy texture. The steel mechanism inside the Paris salt mill comes with a lifetime warranty. This model can grind dry salt crystals (rock salt). Do not use wet sea salt (even dried).
