Carved into the chrysoprase is a lion, rendered with confident detail and strength. Beneath the lion are the initials “T H ”engraved in an ornate Gothic script, adding a deeply personal and heraldic quality to the design. Lions were powerful symbols in antique jewellery, representing courage, authority, protection, and nobility, often chosen to convey strength of character or lineage.
