We have chosen to stock a range of Temple Bruer reds because 1. they produce fine wine and 2. because of their commitment to the environment.  Temple Bruer produce wine that is organic, abstaining from synthetic or artificially produced chemicals, including insecticides, herbicides, fertilisers, and GMOs, throughout their grape growing and winemaking processes.  This is wine with integrity.

Shiraz - Blueberry, blackberry, plum, clove, pepper

Pinot Noir - Strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, and plum integrated with notes of cardamom and clove.

Cabernet Merlot - Medium to full-bodied with lots of dark fruit of plum and berries. Herbal overtones of dried sage and thyme. The tannins are soft and full.
