The CG Motorsport Solid Mass Flywheel Conversion Kit with Dual Friction Clutch and Supersport 385 Aluminium Clutch Cover is engineered for performance-focused builds. Designed to handle increased RPM and torque, this clutch system offers strength, precision, and smoother engagement for serious road and track applications.

Each kit is custom made to order for your specific vehicle. The dual friction disc features ceramic material on one side and HD1 organic racing material on the other—delivering smoother take-up compared to full ceramic setups, while maintaining aggressive torque handling.

Harmonic Noise Disclaimer

As this kit includes a Single Mass Flywheel (SMF), harmonically transmitted noises may be noticeable during operation. This is a standard characteristic of motorsport clutch systems and varies between vehicles. These noises are not harmful and do not affect performance or longevity. Dual mass flywheels usually dampen these sounds, whereas SMFs do not.

CG Motorsport recommends using a new slave cylinder and reusing the original flywheel bolts wherever possible for best fitment.

Additional Technical Information

• 500-mile break-in period required for full clutch bedding
• If your vehicle runs a mechanical release bearing, it will be supplied
• If a CSC extension is needed, it will be supplied
• If a standard CSC is required only, it will not be included
• All kits are made to order based on your vehicle's details and power output
