Design Your Own Certified Organic Beef Mince Details
Our design your own beef mince contains only certified organic ingredients. You will receive 5 kg of your custom designed beef mince vacuum sealed in 10 x 500gm bags that you can place in your freezer.

Our certified organic beef is:

• Ethically raised on a regenerative farm where we farm in harmony with nature
• 100% grass fed for their whole lives
• Slowly grown until they reach natural maturity 
• Hung on the bone to develop the wonderful flavour our customers enjoy.

Adding Organ Meat
If you have requested organs to be added to your mince we will include a total of 10% or 500gm organ meat in your mince - we suggest you start with this percentage if you haven't eaten organ meat before progress to 20% organ meat.  If you would like 20% organ meat please let us know this is your preference.
