An exceptionally pretty, indeed even elegant, nose features notes of attractively fresh aromas of pear and apple compote, an array of floral elements and subtle whiffs of petrol, resin and citrus. The plush, round and solidly concentrated medium-bodied flavors flash a taut muscularity on the markedly dry finish that is presently somewhat compact, linear and a bit short. My sense of things is that this will unwind and flesh out and as it does the length will improve and thus my rating offers the benefit of the doubt.
