How to use Freeze the bowl for 12 hours in advance, remove from the freezer and then pop on the lid. Ensure your ice cream maker is turned on and use the arrow buttons below the digital display to set the running time between 5 and 45 minutes. Add your cooled ingredients through the opening in the lid, ensuring the paddle is turning whilst the mixture is added. Extra ingredients can be added through the lid during churning. Ice creams, sorbets and frozen yoghurts will be churned to silky-smooth perfection in next to no time.
