This elegant drawing is a study for an oil painting that features two Dancewave dancers leaping together. Here Aida is doing a leap, similar to a stag fall.

This drawing is from a series based on the young dancers at Dancewave, an amazing dance school in my neighborhood that introduces young dancers to top New York City choreographers. All sales of the work go to support the organization, providing scholarships to worthy dancers.

I'm selling both the original and archival prints which fit standard frames.

The original is 14" x 17" brush and sumi ink on paper. The image on the print is actual size, but they are printed on 16" x 20" Hahnemuhle German Etching paper which has a slight texture. They are printed on a top-of-the-line printer using archival inks. These fit standard inexpensive 16" x 20" frames without mats, with the border on the paper serving as a mat.
