Useful Tip: Cut out a piece of paper to the internal footprint size of the box 22cm x 15.5cm to check your products fit within. It isn’t an exact science but works well for fixed-size items such as glass bottles, or you can fold soft items and use a ruler to check the required height to fit within 9.5cm.

All our gift boxes use AAA grade recycled greyboard at their core and high quality paper covering.

• 1200g recycled greyboard (approx. 2.7mm thickness)
• Covered fully inside and outside with 160gsm special grey textured paper.
• No lamination.
• 5cm depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures.
• No sticky corners. Naked Gift boxes have an extra inside front and back closure flap to keep the box fully and firmly assembled.
• No ribbon.
• Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 3mm tolerance.
• Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.

How Quickly Do Foldabox® Gift Boxes Assemble?

Assembly takes just a few seconds thanks to the fold-flat design. Whether the box has sticky corners or internal flaps, they assemble instantly to a luxury rigid gift box.

What Are Inner Folding Flap Gift Boxes?

Many gift boxes use glued corners to hold the box structure in place. Some Foldabox® designs use full-depth inner folding flaps instead, creating a stronger and more luxurious construction. This design also allows the box to be flattened again after use, making it ideal for storage and reuse.

Can Foldabox® Gift Boxes Be Customised With Branding?
