USAGE

Apply in upward and outward strokes for natural volume and definition. Use alone or in combination with the Fine Liner Brow Pencil. 

PRO-TIP

• For full and defined brows, start by using the Fine Liner Brow Pencil (sold seperately) to fill in brows.
• For natural brows, use the brow cream first, and then fill in the sparse areas with the Fine Liner Brow Pencil.
• For the fullest looking brows, brush hairs against your hair growth starting at the tail, and then brush hairs back into place.
