Recessed Remote Bung Filler Cap Assembly

Remote fluid filling is made easy with the Pro-werks Recessed Remote Easy Turn Fill Assembly. This unique assembly provides an attractive flush mount solution for a locating a filling point in a panel, allowing for fluid transfer thru a hose to the tank. The integrated hose nipple features a retention barb, providing positive sealing of the hose connection. Available in several combinations to meet your installation requirement.

This recessed assembly is work of art and is right at home for any show quality installation.

The precision CNC machined aluminum bung is Silver Anodized for lasting durability and includes mounting fasteners. You may also purchase the mounting bung separately in either Micro-Polished finish or Brilliance Black anodizing; requiring the Pro-werks Easy Turn Fill Cap to also be purchased in addition, enabling you to pull together a complete assembly with the right color combination for your project.

Pro-werks Fill Cap Bungs are available separately without the cap. These bolt-on style aluminum bungs come in several types and sizes, and do not require welding. Select anodized colors are available and include mounting hardware - so you won't need to run all over town looking for it!

The selection of weld-able bungs is also available; including several different heights in your choice of Steel, Aluminum or Stainless Steel materials.

Note: Welding should always be performed by a qualified welder.

PRO FABRICATION TIP: How to Calculate Tank Capacity

You can calculate how many gallons of fluid a tank will hold by dividing the total cubic inch volume by 231. As an example a basic rectangular shaped tank measuring 12"(L) x 12"(W) x 10"(H) = 1440 cubic inches. The next step is to divide the total volume of 1440 cubic inches by 231 = 6.23 gallons.

If your tank is an irregular shape, or has unique features, calculate the cubic inch volume of those areas also, then add or subtract the values to arrive at the total cubic inch volume of your custom fabricated tank.
