magnesium citrate, capsule shell: cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.

USE:  3 capsules a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
