How good does a chocolate pancake for breakfast sound? In our mind it totally makes for an ideal fork and lift stunt that anyone can pull off.
Step 1: Mix 80 gms ( 1/2 cup) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of milk into a smooth batter and add a teaspoon of oil for a smoother texture.
Step 2: Warm a flat non-stick pan on medium heat and grease the pan with some butter. Pour the batter onto the heated pan and cook well on both sides.
Step 3: Serve the pancakes with a dollop of honey, fresh fruits (like banana and strawberry ), a few nuts, or peanut butter.
