Having spent significant time as a classical ballerina and performance artist, Donna loves all forms of creative expression. Donna's mental health was impacted following a traumatic accident that ended her ballet career. While the process of improving her wellbeing has been lengthy and emotional, Donna is pleased to have discovered art as a therapeutic tool. This has allowed her to tap into a different side of her creative self. Painting and drawing ballerinas have gifted Donna an unexpected sense of nostalgia and healing, paying homage to her beloved former profession.
