Good things come to those who wait.  We've partnered with a small craft distillery located just outside of Chicago to combine two passions:  Organic pure maple syrup and fine spirits.  As the maple syrup rests in previously used charred oak barrels it mingles with the spirit that once resided within.

Bourbon Barrel Aged:

Initially, you will experience the pleasant bite of bourbon on the nose with a hint of cloves, vanilla and caramel.  This is quickly softened by the rich silky sweet smoothness of select pure Vermont maple syrup.

Rye Barrel Aged:

Two great American traditions unite as organic pure Vermont maple syrup is aged in craft distillery rye whiskey barrels. The sweet tones of maple are married with the heartiness of rye and corn to become a new tradition of its own.

Single Malt Barrel Aged:

The Single Malt is perhaps the most refined of all our barrel aged maple syrups.  The flavor of the spirit is crisp, clean and strong.  Hints of smoke and cherry tease as sweet maple finishes it off.  Produced in extremely limited quantity, only a select fortunate few will experience our most sophisticated aged syrup.
