Vintage 60s Black Velvet Pants Ankle Length w/Pockets XS

High waisted in black velvet with a subtle squared grid print. Gently pleated front has a black satin band running across the front. There are slit pockets at the hips. Zipper and hook closure at center rear. Fully lined. There is a 2" hem if you need to make them longer. No tags.
