Delicious marbled grass fed beef, ideal for those who like some fat on their steak.

These steaks are cut from beef sirloin which has not been aged and the steaks are quick frozen immediately after they are cut by the butcher in order to minimise the development of histamine. They are packed and frozen within 3 days of slaughter. Each steak is packed in an individual pack.  

These steaks should be stored frozen, and cooked within 12 hours of thawing.  

This product is available in 2 weights and therefore 2 thicknesses

Min weight 300g - 1.5 times the thickness of a 200g sirloin steak from the same carcase

Min weight 400g - 2 times the thickness of a 200g sirloin steak from the same carcase
