Designer and creator of Oui Me, Areta Gawrachynsky, wants to make a difference in the way we think about kids fashion. She believes in quality over quantity and clothing created with a heritage standard will withstand the test of time.

With a background in fashion design & marketing, Areta worked as an advertising executive at Harrods of London before her son was born in 2010. After moving back to Canada, her new role as mom, coupled with her skills as a fashion designer, led her to start a children's line - particularly after discovering a gap in the boys clothing market. Areta launched Oui Me in 2012.

''My son has sensitive skin and eczema. I am always on the lookout for soft, comfortable fabrics that won't irritate his skin and are stylish. It was difficult to find, so my son was really the inspiration behind Oui Me.''
