I think this may have been part of a vintage costume, as it’s fairly quickly made but effective! 

A large Czech stamped goldtone filigree buckle is set with faux lapis and other glass cabochons, on a metallic blue and gold wide fabric belt. 

Measures

Currently fits a 32” waist, could be altered. Fabric is approx 4.5” deep.

The buckle is approx 4” across when fastened. 

Condition: 

Fairly basic construction to the rear but does the job! There are a couple of bent bits to the bezels around the smaller cabochons if you look carefully but not obvious at a glance.
