Will this bolt directly to my current turbo?

This manifold has a T4 flange. If your turbo uses T4, yes—direct fit. If you're running T3 or other flange pattern, you'll need an adapter or different manifold.

Does this need coating or can I run it raw?

Stainless handles bare exhaust heat without rust. Many builders leave it raw for simplicity. Ceramic or high-temp coating is optional if you prefer appearance or thermal management.
