Vintage inspired white and black spotted cocktail dress in silky polyester with a subtle sheen. Sleeveless with a V neckline and 2” waistband over a full softly pleated skirt. Fully lined with a back zip fastening. There are belt loops on the waistband but the original belt is missing. It could be replaced with a satin sash or belt (as pictured, for illustration only), but the dress looks equally good without.
