Based on the traditional Japanese armour visual unveiled at the Aogiri High School POP UP SHOP in TSUTAYA Kyoto IP Bookstore, we have meticulously brought out the new charm of Otodama Konoko in three dimensions! With her signature purple as the base colour, the haori spreading as if wrapped in the wind, and the delicate silver embellishments adorning her skirt and armour, all serve to accentuate an elegant and understated splendour. She carries three swords at her waist, and her expression—with one drawn and a defiant smile on her face—is particularly striking. It is precisely because we know her as the ‘slightly scatterbrained girl’ in her everyday life that we find ourselves captivated by the contrast with this dignified appearance. The base features traditional Japanese patterns and gold accents, whilst the hair ornaments and sword guards are meticulously sculpted down to the finest detail. The finished piece is packed with attention to detail, ensuring it can be enjoyed from every angle.
