Course Description: Made using the traditional methods, but with a “neo” twist. Like the traditional Romantic tutu, this one is made with 4 to 6 layers, on a lightweight, but strong basque. Once finished, the hipline of the tutu is “quilted” ala New York City Ballet-style, to give a slimming affect to the hip area. 

Prerequisites: Participants must have sewing clothes or costumes experience, and sewing-machine and hand-sewing skills.
