1970s Boho Ensemble of Shirt, Hot Pants-Shorts and Split Front Skirt by New Dimension / Small 

A great three piece set! This boho/dandy look consists of:
-button down BLOUSE in cream with long sleeves, and ruffled front. The shoulders are slightly puffed, and there is lace trim at the neck and around the ruffles. Note also the pleats on either side of chest. 
Fabric feels like a rayon/nylon blend.

- HOT PANTS (aka short shorts) in a burgundy red velvet. These are high waisted, have upturned cuffs and large slits at the sides. Unlined, they close with a zipper at center rear.

-MAXI SKIRT with suspenders in a matching, boldly colored floral print in a 100% cotton with split front so that the shorts can be revealed! Unlined, it closes with a row of buttons at the center of the waist.
