Do I need to run new wiring, or does this plug into the factory harness?

The integrated switch connects to existing factory fog light harness points — no new wiring required if your vehicle came equipped with factory fogs. If your Rogue didn't have fogs from the factory, wiring into the headlight circuit is straightforward but will need basic electrical work or professional install.

Are the bulbs easy to replace if one burns out?

Yes. H11 bulbs are standard and widely available. Access is simple from the underside of the bumper without removing the entire assembly.

Will these fit if my bumper has been replaced or modified?

These mount at factory fog light points on the bumper. If your bumper is OEM or OEM-style with standard fog openings, they'll fit without issue. Aftermarket or heavily modified bumpers may need test-fitting first.
