Do these bolt directly to factory attachment points?

Yes. These mount at the factory upper control arm pivot points — no drilling or welding needed. You'll use the existing holes on both the frame and steering knuckle.

Will I need new ball joints?

Ball joints are not included with these arms. If your originals are worn, they should be replaced separately before or during installation. Inspect them during the job to be sure.

Do I need an alignment after installation?

A wheel alignment is strongly recommended after any control arm swap to restore proper caster and camber. Your truck's steering geometry will shift slightly during install, even with factory mounting points.
