Yes. This assembly uses factory brake light mounting, so no drilling or new holes required. You'll bolt it to the same points your original center brake light uses.

Does it come with bulbs or do I need to buy those separately?

The LED cluster is built into the assembly, so you're getting the complete light. Nothing else to source or install separately.
