How stable is FRP at highway speed, and will it vibrate or rattle?

FRP is rigid when properly mounted and torqued. Vibration or rattle typically results from loose fasteners or inadequate bracing. After installation, ensure all fasteners are fully seated and torqued evenly. Check mounting points periodically during break-in to confirm nothing has shifted.
