Very 1930s in appearance - but I would say it dates a while later due to the machine overlocked seams.

Slightly fitted shape. Has puffed sleeve heads, with internal shaping in linen, and a single asymmetric front metal covered button fastening.

Measures: 

laid flat along seams, open fronted style means it a little flexible on bust and waist as low fastening

shoulder to shoulder approx 15”

Condition: 

Generally very good condition, small spot to back of neckline and some rust marks to button as shown.

Slight disc. to front bottom hemline - faint watermark? – see pic.
